**About Us**:
We are seeking a dedicated Clinical Lead for our purpose-built 53-bed Nursing Home in Woodbridge IP13. Our facility is designed to provide the highest standards of clinical care, fostering a supportive environment for both residents and staff. Join us in maintaining excellence and contributing to the well-being of our residents.

**Responsibilities**:
As a Clinical Lead, you will closely collaborate with our nurses and carers to uphold the highest standards of clinical care and governance. Supported by our management team, your responsibilities include ensuring residents receive top-tier care, meeting their needs through excellent nursing and clinical practices, and actively contributing to all clinical delivery.

**Reports to**: Home Manager

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Strong clinical skillset and confidence to lead the nursing team.
- Prior management experience or experience of leading a small team.
- Ability to make clinical decisions and remain calm under pressure.
- Passion for promoting best nursing practice and ability to train, support, and mentor others.
- Desire to encourage positive working relationships within the team.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Good working knowledge of audits, safeguarding, DOLS, CQC, and compliance.
- NMC registered nurse with relevant post-registration experience.

Pay: £52,000.00 per year
