Responsibilities:
To run the day to day accounts using Sageline 50, credit control, invoicing, debt collecting, payments of suppliers, raising customer invoices. Barclaycard reconciliation. Knowledge of journals, and the use of projects in Sage would be helpful.

Knowledge of VAT reverse charge and CIS.

To assist the other girls in the office raising quotes, method statements, risk assessments, Raise orders and complete company questionnaires.

Assist project managers with booking of hotels, ferry's and anything that is needed.

**Skills**:

- At least GCSE level of education. AAT technician level.
- You must have a full driving licence, there is no public transport near our yard. Thorough knowledge of Sageline 50 accounts, use Microsoft Word to a accurate
professional standard.
- Strong personality, good at solving problems, can work on own initiative and within a
team. Likes responsibility. Reliable. Trustworthy.

**Salary**: £28,080.00-£30,000.00 per year
