The Walk Leader will be joining our project, _Resilient and Active Families_ which plays a crucial role in promoting community wellbeing and fostering positive relationships. We are seeking an individual who is passionate about the wellbeing of families and young people, enjoys socialising, and is dedicated to encouraging community members to embrace green spaces.

**Responsibilities**:

- Route Planning:_ Develop engaging and accessible walking routes based on participants' preferences and abilities.
- Group Leadership_: Lead walking groups, ensuring a welcoming and inclusive atmosphere for all participants.
- Safety and Happiness_: Prioritise the safety and happiness of participants, creating an environment where everyone feels comfortable and supported.
- Community Engagement_: Foster a sense of community by initiating conversations, socialising, and promoting the benefits of outdoor activities.
