Recruit4staff is proud to be representing their client, an Internationally recognised FMCG Manufacturer in their search for a **Telesales Agent** to work in their state-of-the-art facility in **Llay**
**For the successful Telesales Agent our client is offering**:
- £22,000 per annum
- Monday to Friday 9am - 5:30pm

**The Role - Telesales Agent**

- Telephone-based sales role
- Providing excellent Customer Service
- Cross-selling or up-selling our Products
- Identify opportunities, produce leads, and book appointments for the sales teams while developing high quality leads.
- Proactively follow up leads generated from canvassing by the account managers.
- Negotiate commercial terms within set guidelines.
- Work closely with the Sales & Marketing teams
- Respond to complaints from customers and give after-sales support when requested
- Store information and updates in-house CRM system
**What our client is looking for in a Telesales Agent**:
- Previous experience in a telesales or customer service role
- Hold a drivers licence **ESSENTIAL**:

- GCSE grade C or above or international equivalent, IELTS 7.5.
- Proficient in MS Office, specifically Excel skills. Familiarity in SAP will be preferred.
- Confident in liaising with internal and external customers.
- Familiarity in similar roles with CRM systems and practices
- Strong telephone manners and listening skills
- Ability to multi-task, prioritise, and manage time effectively
- Ability to think independently, assumes accountability.
