**Recruit4staff are proud to be representing their client, a leading waste management company in their search for 2 Collections Advisors to work on a permanent basis at their Wrexham offices.**

**For the successful Collections Advisor our client is offering**:
i. Up to £23,000 PA DOE

ii. 8.30 - 5pm - Monday - Friday

iii. Permanent position

iv. Free parking

**The role - Collections Advisor**:
i. Day to day management of collections and chasing outstanding invoices

ii. Making outbound sales calls

iii. Updating and maintaining debt management lists

iv. Booking appointments

**What our client is looking for in a Collections Advisor**:
i. Experience of chasing invoices/debtors
- **ESSENTIAL**
ii. Previous outbound or inbound phone experience
- **ESSENTIAL**
iii. Good customer service skills - conflict resolution

iv. The ability to develop relationships with customers
