Customer Relations Executive- Turkish Speaking

We’re looking for a driven, ambitious, and organised individual to join our team.

You will be working closely with the team to support and help implement and enhance the overall Customer Relations strategy.

Working within a matrix organisation and in a socially responsible manner, the Customer Relations Executive executive will implement the player retention strategy as part of the overall growth plan.

**Key Accountabilities & Responsibilities**
- Implementing player campaigns throughout the player lifecycle to increase customer lifetime value, increasing loyalty, and decreasing churn through more effective and personalised Customer Relations.
- Organise monthly/ day-to-day activities to create and plan Customer Relations campaigns.
- Manage onsite content to ensure that execution is delivered in line with the plan.
- Responsible for the retention budget, taking accountability of spend at a campaign and tier level, ensuring reinvestment is within agreed levels.
- Work closely with internal content, design, QA and customer service teams to maintain excellent communication and coordination.

- Detailed knowledge of Customer Service lifecycles/strategies/journeys to ensure retention of correct customers and reduce potential abuse.
- Motivated individual with a drive to improve the current team structure as well as current promotional and retention tools.
- Attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Excellent time management and organisational skills.
- Fluent both in Turkish and English.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Graduate

**Education**:

- A-Level or equivalent (preferred)
