As a Control Governance Associate in Wholesale Lending Services team, you will manage and develop Wholesale Lending Services Legal Entity Governance focusing on enhancing broader Legal Entity oversight and controls. You will work closely with a broad set of stakeholders, both internal and external to WLS to ensure successful oversight and governance.

Wholesale Lending Services (WLS) exists within Commercial Banking and provides loan servicing functions to all four JPMorgan lines of business. These functions include loan documentation, closing and funding, payment and fee processing, syndication loan and trade processing, credit administration and collateral perfection and management.

**Responsibilities**:

- Leads legal entity agenda’s - drive legal entity priorities
- Enhances Legal Entity reporting in line with regulatory expectation
- Designs and develops strategic approaches to establish Legal Entity reporting including reports and online dashboards
- Designs and implements risk based controls with sustainable models
- Designs and develops strategic approaches to establish Legal Entity reporting including reports and online dashboards
- Identifies, defines and implements sustainable operating models (Change management)
- Delivers regulatory or legal entity agendas
- Builds productive connections across the organization to ensure successful deliveries into sustainable solutions, including global teams, location teams, legal entity controls, programs teams etc.
- Partners and collaborates closely across outsourcing teams, CB Location Strategy Team, Local Control Partners and WLS teams globally
- Chairs/attends various meeting forums - Member and attendee of relevant governance forums which include legal entity and business forums to understand and present business drivers

**Required qualifications, capabilities and skills**
- Proven experience in Banking Industry with Operations and/or Operations Risk Management
- Broad understanding of loan product in which the Commercial Bank and Corporate and Investment Bank operate
- Have previous Outsourcing, Legal Entity, Controls, Oversight or Program Management experience
- Excellent organization & planning skills
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to succinctly communicate messages to various levels of the organization
- Ability to interpret business context into relevant key messages
- Proactive in driving to completion and influencing others
- Team player with ability to build & maintain productive working relationships with colleagues globally at all levels and across functions in order to achieve results
- Deals comfortably with ambiguity and uncertainty

**Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills**
- Knowledge of Commercial Loan product will be an added advantage
