Reports To: Assistant Shipping Manager
**Salary: £10.50 per hour** (plus monthly bonus based on performance)
**Working Hours: Monday-Friday, 09:00-18:00** (includes 1 hour lunch break, total of 40 hours per week)

A vacancy has arisen in our QA Order Closing team, creating a great opportunity in a vital, busy team in the heart of the Radwell operation.
**Job Summary**
The primary duty of this position is to inspect all items sent from internal departments, processing these orders, and passing them on to the shipping associates.
**Essential Duties and Responsibilities**
- Assure order, part number, lot number & condition matches in all systems prior to invoicing, escalating any additional checks (i.e., dangerous goods, export licences) to the customs compliance team and liaise with other departments in the scenario of a non conformance.
- Responsible for invoicing orders to meet and exceed company division goals (repair, distribution, surplus)
- Communicate to the shipping associates and shipping processors any special instructions as per customer request.
- Work closely with the other QA Order Closers to collectively manage a shared inbox and various reports to action internal and external request and target orders on a chronological basis.

**Education and Experience**
- Essential: GCSE or equivalent in Maths and Science A-C
