As an Early Years Educator (Level 2/3), you'll encourage your key children and build bonds with them and their families every day. You'll effectively implement your knowledge of birth to 5 and assess the development of your key children. - A good knowledge of birth to 5 development and the EYFS curriculum
- Level 2 qualification in Childcare
- Have a minimum grade 4 or grade C in Maths and English GCSE (or equivalent)

- How to safely administer First Aid and critical care policies
