Our client is part of a international hotel company seeking a Director of Sales to join their hotel in a prime location in Buckinghamshire. The property is a four-star, full-service hotel with over 180 bedrooms with excellent meeting and event space and great leisure facilities. This would be a great opportunity for a Director of Sales with a focus on developing MICE business from various market segments.

The Director of Sales will both develop new business and account manage, have experience within the Corporate, MICE and Leisure markets with a knowledge of other segments being an added benefit. As Director of Sales, you will have a strong commercial outlook, be sales and revenue driven, determined to achieve results, have the flexibility to visit clients across the UK if needed and be able to demonstrate your network knowledge. You will be supported by the Group Director of Sales and work closely with the internal Sales Office team. You need to be able to commute to Buckinghamshire so any county neighboring Buckinghamshire would be an ideal location.

You will currently be a Director of Sales, Senior Sales Manager or a Regional, Cluster or Area Sales Manager looking forward to your next challenge. You will have high standards, a can-do attitude, be results driven and have excellent attention to detail. This is a great opportunity offering long-term development with a great company.
