Working with Saltire is a demanding but highly rewarding career where you’ll be helping our customers when they need us the most. If you’re ambitious by nature then we’ve got ample opportunity for career progression.

As an experienced Customer Service Representative, it is essential for you to have excellent communication skills, IT skills and work well under pressure, along with flexibility and a willingness to adapt your shifts to suit Contact Centre traffic.

Due to promotions within in the company, We currently have the following posts available:
11am to 9.30pm, 4 on 4 off

Training & Support

In order to use the relevant systems and work as a Customer Service Advisor for Saltire, you’ll need to undertake our extensive training programme. This includes a company overview of all departments, system training & then on the job training.
