**Overview**:
You will work as part of the Client Services Team, building relationships with our clients and carrying out the administration tasks that support the financial planning. You will be responsible for arranging client meeting and preparing client meeting packs amongst other tasks.

**Annual Salary**:
£16,500.00

**Working hours**:
Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm, 60-minutes for lunch - Total hours per week: 35 hours a week

**Apprenticeship Standard**:
Financial Services Administrator Level 3

**Apprenticeship Duration**:
15 Months

**Full Description**:
You will prioritise tasks and organise personal workload in order to meet deadlines and departmental targets. Over time you will be expected to gain an understanding of the varied aspects of financial planning provision and support the Practice in a more technical capacity.

Duties will initially include, but are not limited to:

- Preparing client meeting packs and any other marketing materials for the Financial Advisers
- Updating databases and client records
- Assist in the organisation and co-ordination of client events, including writing and designing client event invitations
- Opportunity to support the team on marketing activities including updating LinkedIn and increasing brand awareness
- Meeting and greeting visitors and clients, organising the set-up of meetings and refreshments as needed
- General office housekeeping
- Training will be provided where necessary

- Must be able to handle highly confidential situations with professionalism and tact

**Training Provided**:

- Fully and part funded learning and development programme that includes the CF1 Financial Services Regulation and Ethics
- Develop the knowledge, skills and behaviours of successful Financial Services Administrators
- Free CII membership for non-members through the CII Aspire Apprenticeship Programme
- Includes the CII CF1 study book and exam entry
- CII and EPA resits are to be covered by the employer
- Fortnightly workshops for the CF1 exam from our CII approved trainer
- All workshops recorded and available on-demand
- Interactive chat, forums and class note books for real time support and assistance from experienced financial services professionals
- Exam tips, tricks, and strategies
- Additional resources through RM Advance
- Regular tutorials and assessments from an experienced financial services professional
- R01 is available as an alternative to CF1. Suitability for R01 will be determined by a Skills Assessment completed by Skills Edge.

**Career Progression**:
On completion of your apprenticeship, we encourage employees to carry on studying towards a Diploma in Financial Planning. Study costs and study time continue to be provided. We are really proud in our ability to support and encourage the development of our employees. One of our first apprentices has now achieved their Diploma in Financial Planning and is starting their journey to becoming a Chartered. We have opportunities to develop towards becoming a paraplanner and if desired, a Financial Planner.
