This is a temporary vacancy leading to a permanent contract

Total Recruit are recruiting a General Administrator to provide admin support to the

Commercial Director in a well established and successful Utility Services business.

enquiries as well as prepare and maintain accurate records and reports.

Duties and Skills Required:

- Tracking and managing financial transactions
- Liaising with the operational team to issue accurate invoicing and payment processing.
- Process monthly timesheets for payroll purposes.
- Issue statements to clients to ensure timely payments are made.
- Strong organisational and time-management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other software.
- Attention to detail with a high level of accuracy.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritise effectively.
- Knowledge of basic financial principles.
- Ability to work independently and also a good team player
- Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach.

**Job Type**: Temp to perm

**Salary**: £25,000.00-£27,000.00 per year

**Education**:

- GCSE or equivalent (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
- Administrative experience: 1 year (preferred)
