**Role **Objective**

**About the role**
- Execute and deliver management of the marketing content and events calendars
- Manage Mindshare UK’s internal communications platform
- Help manage plans and strategies for all social media platforms, and monitor the channels’ performance
- Lead on internal communications across the agency
- Assist the Marketing team with organising internal events
- Support the Marketing Manager with managing the PR agency and external communications
- Write and proofread marketing copy
- Research, analyse, and report current marketing trends and share them with the Marketing team
- Manage the awards process
- Ownership of the Mindshare UK website
- Help to drive new initiatives that will increase engagement and growth
- Support with organising our annual flagship event, Huddle

**About you**
- Relevant degree
- Excellent creative and content writing skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects at once
- Ability to work under pressure
- Good time management skills and can work to tight deadlines
- Strong MS Office skills are essential
- Passionate about marketing and interested in contributing new ideas/strategies
- A collaborative attitude and ability to interact with cross-functional teams
- Strong numerical ability to develop marketing reports and help manage the Marketing budget
- Good administrative skills - organised, efficient and creative
- Desire to learn and develop skills
