**Job Overview**: We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Sales Consultant to join our team in the self-storage industry. While prior experience in the sales field is beneficial, it is not a strict requirement. We value individuals with excellent communication skills, a passion for delivering exceptional customer service, and the ability to adapt and learn quickly. As a sales consultant, you will play a crucial role in revenue generation by attracting new customers and ensuring the very best customer satisfaction of existing ones. Average weekly hours 37.5 hours. You'll be expected to work 1 in every 3 weekends.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Customer Acquisition**:

- Generate leads through various channels, including online inquiries, walk-ins, and outbound calls.
- Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand customers' storage requirements.
- Effectively communicate the features and benefits of our self-storage solutions.
- **Sales and Negotiation**:

- Close sales and achieve monthly quotas by utilising strong sales techniques.
- Develop and maintain a sales pipeline to ensure a steady flow of opportunities.
- Negotiate pricing and contractual terms to secure new business.
- **Customer Relationship Management**:

- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
- Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
- Proactively follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and identify opportunities for upselling.
- **Product Knowledge**:

- Stay up to date on industry trends, competitor offerings, and market conditions.
- Educate customers on the features, benefits, and security measures of our self-storage facilities.
- **Administrative Tasks**:

- Complete required paperwork and documentation for each sale.
- Ensure accurate and timely entry of customer information into the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the operations team to coordinate move-ins and move-outs.

**Qualifications**:

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Results-oriented with a desire to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Familiarity with CRM software and basic computer skills. Basic to Intermediate excel skills.
- Knowledge of self-storage operations, security, and facility management is a plus.

**Benefits**:

- Competitive salary and commission structure. £21,000 salary, OTE £27,000.

Pay: Up to £27,000.00 per year
