**Salary: G6 point 15 - 23 £27,803 - £32,076 per annum**

**Contract: Full-time, permanent**

This is an exciting opportunity to join our corporate parenting service in Walsall as we are seeking to appoint 3 x full time Child and Family Support Officers.

As Corporate Parents, we aim to advocate and champion the voice of children and young people in the work that we do and enable them to participate and co produce in practice and service delivery. You will need to be passionate about our children in care, working alongside social workers to support children and their families/carers to help children to achieve the best outcomes. The role will include working with children in care and with families where their children are placed at home or where there is a plan of reunification.

You will need experience of working with children of all ages, ability to work closely and cooperatively with colleagues, have good communication skills, a professional approach to working with children, young people and carers as well as a willingness to extending your knowledge and skills.
