Programme overview:

- This two-year programme is built to enable you to become a future Hastings leader. You will have the opportunity to gain experience across the Claims and Counter Fraud organisation; working with our operational and commercial teams to understand and help transform us as a business and be a market leader in claims management.

The scheme will consist of an initial induction process, with accelerated learning and experience across our Claims and Counter Fraud functions, followed by a series of rotation-based placements in which you’ll gain practical based experience at improving processes, delivering positive change for the company and our customers and working within a complex supplier matrix. We’ll work with you to understand which parts of the business you may value working with directly (be it Commercial, Change, Analytics, Process Improvement, Governance and Operations), meaning you’ll have an active voice in your own progression and career path.

The placements could be within the following areas:
- Commercial & Strategy-
- Transformation-
- Process Improvement and Governance-
- Technical Audit and Coaching-
- Claims Analytics-
- Claims and Fraud OperationsWhat we’d love you to have:
- A degree in any discipline, achieved within the past 3 years-
- Hungry for knowledge; curious and innovative-
- An independent thinker; confident to constructively challenge and influence the status quo-
- Excellent communicator with strong organisational ability-
