North Cotswold Hospital has a dedicated Minor Injury and Illness unit that operates from 08:00-20:00, 7 days a week.

Patient administrator shifts needed to cover 16:30 - 19:30 Monday to Friday

We are a forward thinking and dynamic unit dealing with a variety of minor injuries, illness, trauma and medicine.

If you have excellent communication and organisational skills, work well under pressure and are computer literate you will enjoy the challenge this position offers.

The service uses SystmOne so previous experience with this programme will be an advantage but not essential.

Possess the ability to prioritise their own workload within a tight deadline together with their co-workers.

Cope well under pressure

Work well within a team and on their own.

Have excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Have good organizational skills.

You must be able to deal with sensitive information and interact with patients to deal with their enquiries.

Prior experience of call handling, management and entering data into a number of systems is beneficial. Knowledge of SystmOne is an advantage but not essential.
