Sign and Graphics Maker / Installer

We have a vacancy for an experienced sign and graphics maker. Successful applicants must have sign making experience. Installation experience would be a benefit but not essential. You will be predominantly working in our factory producing all types of signage but could be required to assist with installing a wide variety of signage to clients premises across the UK. You must have a full clean driving licence and be prepared to occasionally work away from home.

Key skills:

- A working knowledge of sign making machinery to include vinyl plotters, printers, laminators, laser cutting machines etc would be an advantage.
- The ability to work with a wide range of signage substrates, systems and individual letters and be competent in making electrical connections for illuminated signs.
- Your manufacturing and fitting skills must be first class.
- You should be happy to work alone at times, sometimes at heights and in inclement weather.
- You will have an understanding of Health and Safety requirements of the sign industry. IPAF, PASMA and CSCS cards would be an advantage but not essential.
- You will need to have a professional and positive outlook.
- Be comfortable working to deadlines, whilst maintaining high standards.
- Have a friendly, positive and helpful nature, with a clear understanding of the importance of providing excellent customer service.
- Be a team player but be able to use your own initiative to resolve problems.
- Be flexible in your attitude towards the working day.

- In addition to the displayed pay range, any overtime is paid at time and a half.
