Night Shift Bakery Supervisor

We are looking for a Night Shift Bakery Supervisor to join a fantastic family run business based in Dromore.

**Pay rate**: £13 - £14 per hour _(depending on experience)_

**Hours**: Sunday to Thursday night, 8pm to 4.30am

**Please note**: There is flexibility available if the right person would prefer to work 4 nights.

**Job role**:

- Ensure the production / bakery assistant personnel are properly instructed in the care and safe operation of equipment and monitors employee use of such.
- Liaise with production manager on daily / weekly production plans to ensure constant flow of production.
- Reviews records and procedures to ensure proper use of time and materials - ensuring all traceability information is completed.
- Performs continuous inspections of product to ensure quality standards are met.
- Ensure all equipment is in good operating condition
- Promotes positive employee relations and interdepartmental communication and cooperation.
- Ensures employee compliance with company rules
- Assist with employee training
- Makes recommendations on disciplinary action and otherwise participates in the disciplinary action process as necessary
- Maintains cleanliness of work area
- Performs other duties which are deemed by management to be an integral part of the job, including but not limited to fulfilment of work schedules, adherence to attendance policies, and other applicable operating rules, policies and procedures.

- 12 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Night shift
