Food & Drinks Supervisor

About Your Role:
In this role you'll support the Management in the running of this venue. You'll be the benchmark of customer service for Mulhollands on the Square, leading by example and training others to give the best customer experience possible. We want to be the best employer we can be, so part of your role will be ensuring all of your team are happy, developing themselves, reaching goals and having fun.

About the team:
Your team - made up of competent and passionate colleagues - will be led by an experienced management team. We want to make Mulhollands on the Square a showcase for fantastic drinks, amazing food and an unbeatable atmosphere - part of our Taste of Ulster drive

About You:
You'll have experience within the hospitality industry, or in a similar type of role in order to help steer the team. A knowledge of food, cocktails and other drinks is desirable but a willingness to learn if you don't is essential. We've got all the tools, you just need to be excited to learn. You also must be customer focused, making sure every single experience a customer has with us is absolutely standout. Experience in Off Sales also a bonus as we have a busy little shop attached too
