Vehicle Fleet Coordinator

Established for over 20 years, my client is a market leader in providing access control, electronic security and personnel management systems to major global organisations together with smaller, local companies, and is the EMEA of a global US based organisation.Due to continued growth they are currently seeking an experienced Fleet Supervisor to ensure their varied fleet of 100+ vehicles operate effectively.

**Duties**
- To process orders for new vehicles and track manufacture and delivery of vehicle.
- Ordering short term flexi or daily vehicles as required for new starters.
- Keeping accurate records of vehicle condition on delivery and arranging handovers
- Ensuring all vehicles are on fleet insurance, Dart Charge, Congestion Charge and any relevant parking accounts coupled with MOT and Insurance administration
- Ensuring relevant information is in place for driver including driving licence checks
- Administration of company fuel cards and checking fuel card invoices.
- Ensuring that the vehicle log is up to date and details obtained from relevant leasing company including P11D values, miles in electric, leasing cost and date of registration.
- Providing information to Payroll department as necessary.
- Administering vehicle return and ensuring drivers are aware of wear and tear conditions
- Dealing with unfair wear and tear condition reports and querying with leasing company
- Organising vehicle health checks for cars that are being passed on to another company employee. Administering repairs as necessary to returned vehicles (i.e. windscreen / tyre replacement).
- Checking all LeasePlan and Drive Electric invoices to ensure that all charges are correct.
- Assisting employees as necessary in the event of an accident or damage
- Maintaining a list of 'grey’ vehicles for our environmental compliance records
- Respond appropriately to emergencies or urgent issues
- Managing fleet service partners against SLA agreements, ensure compliance with group policy and industry best practice
- Act as a fleet expert in reporting on strategic matters including projects/budget

This is a busy role and would suit an applicant who has worked in Fleet in an assistant/administrator role and wishes to progress. Experience in managing a fleet of 50+ vehicles is also essential for this role, coupled with a confident and assertive approach.

Hours are 8.30am - 5.00pm, Monday - Friday.
