Due to company growth and great success, a new position has recently become available working within this highly regarded, global business.
Working as a Fleet Supervisor, you will draw upon your keen interest in cars and combine this with outstanding communication skills and strong administrative capabilities as you work collaboratively with Senior Managers to develop systems that will efficientlycontrol the fleet, ensuring that vehicles are maintained in accordance with good practice and transport legislation.
Experience of managing in excess of 50+ lease vehicles is a MUST, as you confidently ensure that contractual duties when leasing a car are known to all.
You may have worked previously in Fleet as an Assistant or Administrator, and are now looking to progress and develop your career within this industry.

**Responsibilities**:

- Processing orders for new vehicles and tracking manufacture and delivery of vehicle
- Keeping accurate records of vehicle condition on delivery and arranging handover to new company car driver
- Preparing vehicle handover forms
- Ensuring all vehicles are on fleet insurance, Dart Charge, Congestion Charge and any relevant parking accounts
- Ensuring all relevant information is in place for company car driver including driving licence checks and correct company vehicle use form is completed
- Up-keep of these records on an annual basis
- Administration of company fuel cards and checking fuel card invoices
- Ensuring that the vehicle log is up to date and details obtained
- Providing information to Payroll department as necessary
- Administering vehicle return and ensuring drivers are aware of wear and tear conditions so that cars are prepared on return.
- Dealing with unfair wear and tear condition reports
- Organising vehicle heath checks for cars
- Administering repairs as necessary to returned vehicles (i.e. windscreen / tyre replacement).
- Carry out audits to ensure that all vehicles have MOTs if necessary.
Location: Crowborough

**Salary**: £35,000 - £38,000 (DOE)
Hours: 8.30am - 5pm
