Assisting the Managers with the day to day duties.
Dealing with allocation of work for the Asbestos removal teams.
Entering data, analysing and checking completed paperwork.
Completing and uploading completed jobs onto computer systems.
Liaising with clients and dealing with any queries/issues appropriately.
Dealing with internal and external databases.
- Provide professional and efficient administrative support
- Communicate effectively with people on all levels, dealing with calls and enquiries as appropriate
- Diarise meetings, prepare papers and arrange briefings
- Maintain an efficient information retrieval system/management information system
- Support service quality, process improvement and project management
- Miscellaneous/ad hoc administrative duties as directed
- Office management (stationery ordering, equipment procurement etc)
- Travel and accommodation bookings (where appropriate)
- issuing invoices
- Spreadsheet management
- Raising Purchase Orders.
- Monthly KPI meetings
