Available Car are a family owned Used Car Supermarket with 4 branches across the Midlands and Yorkshire. We are looking for a Customer Assistant to join our Team of experts at our Castle Donington branch.

**About the role**:

- Confidentially and professionally welcome Available Car Customers into the business
- Conduct test drives, assisting the customer in familiarising themselves with a prospective purchase
- Offer guidance, advice and support to customers, helping them to make an informed vehicle choice that exceeds their expectations.
- Confidently, professionally and proactively engage with customers to build relationships, ensuring a positive and memorable customer experience
- Actively contribute towards and build upon the Available Car ethos of delivering an exceptional customer experience.
- Drive performance through the presentation of additional value-added products and services
- Become an exceptional Team Player and pro-actively contribute to the success of the Team
- Maximise every opportunity to do business
- Full UK driving licence is essential to the role as you will be driving manual, automatic & electric vehicle.

**About you**:
The ability to become part of a highly motivated Team, driven to deliver an exceptional customer experience is a pre-requisite. As a highly effective communicator you will be able to offer advice and guidance to a wide range of customers and professionally present additional value-added product and services all whilst actively contributing towards the Available Car aims and values

**Skills required**:

- Computer literate & Proficient in Microsoft packages
- A passion for delivering great service, greeting customers with a smile and serving them with pride
- Work well within a team and communicate effectively and openly with others
- Full UK driving licence is essential to the role as you will be driving manual, automatic & electric vehicle.
- Be at work on time, well presented and ready to be a brand ambassador

**Hours**:Rostered Shiftpattern. 40 hours per week over 5 days, including weekend and bank holiday work.

**Pay**:£23,000 basic + commission
