Customer Operations Team Member

Our client designs and manufactures products which are sold through a global distribution network. We are currently seeking a Customer Operations Team Member to deal with customer enquiries, order processing and shipping of customer orders. Full and extensive training will be given to include training on the company's ERP system, import and export legislation, compliance, production scheduling etc. The role will communicate with approved carriers to meet customer delivery expectations and trade legislation.

Entry level experience sought will include:

- 2 years' experience in an administration role
- excellent planning and organising skills
- accurate recording of data
- excellent communications skills and high level of numeracy and literacy
- existing knowledge of logistics and import/export documentation would be beneficial although full training will be given
- experience working with ERP systems beneficial, training will be given
- strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office including Outlook, Word and Excel.

**Salary**: £27,000.00-£32,000.00 per year
