The Client Services Department is headed up by Team Eleven’s Client Partner, closely supported by the Client Director. Together, they aim to deliver:

Client Services at Team Eleven should reflect the considerable ambition of the agency. Delivering world class relationship and project management and ensuring that all accounts are not only commercially healthy but also, ideally, growing year on year.

Like any business, the agency constantly strives to maximise revenue from existing and new clients, but this is largely driven by the Client Services team. As such, the Partners see the motivation and effort of the Client Services team as directly linked to revenue goals.

As the ‘face’ of the Agency, it is incumbent on all members of the Client Services department to ensure they reflect the values of the agency. We are, to all intents and purposes, an extension of our clients marketing teams and as such, need to be passionate about our work and how we deliver it; always with a smile on our faces.

**What kind of person makes a great Account Executive at Team Eleven?**

An Account Executive at Team Eleven has the enthusiasm and drive to want to take their marketing skills further whilst acting as crucial support to the Account Manager and wider Client Services team. Account Executives report directly to the Account Manager who is responsible for managing the success of the client account.

Most Account Executives will have a good understanding of the processes involved in managing a project or campaign from start to finish, but regardless of prior experience a strong desire to learn will ensure that knowledge is quickly developed.

Keen attention to detail and strong organisation skills are required to handle the day-to-day work, as well as a can-do attitude to get stuck in and the ability to work as part of a fast-paced team.

Account Executives can manage multiple projects and should support the Account Manager on more administrative tasks as well as working closely together to deliver projects and campaigns of the highest creative standard that meet the client brief, and in turn client satisfaction.

Always being mindful of budgets and timings, Account Executives will demonstrate good financial acumen, understanding and producing accurate cost estimates for Account Manager approval and ensuring that timing plans and deadlines are adhered to.

**Objectives and responsibilities**

**1. Providing the best services for our Clients
- **Advertising is a tough business, and it is critical that we maintain high levels of client service across all accounts.

**Responsibilities include**:

- A strong desire to deliver an exceptional client experience that ensures the client objectives are continuously met to the highest possible standard
- Writing status reports and contact reports as well as producing timing plans throughout the duration of the project to keep clients and the wider agency team updated
- Being able to understand a client brief and objectives
- Participating and taking an active involvement in client meetings and conference calls
- Being the person of contact for our group of Community Managers and answering any queries they need assistance with
- Assisting with the Community Manager contracts
- Organise translations of copy, both monthly and ad-hoc
- Ensuring various documents are maintained and up-to-date

**2. Team player-** Being invaluable support to the Account Manager and wider Client Services team and agency.

**Responsibilities include**:

- Excellent project management skills to manage multiple workflows and ensure smooth delivery that is to budget and on time
- Great attention to detail particularly for proof-reading creative and copy
- The ability to work as part of a fast-paced team across the wider agency team and our Squad
- Used to tight deadlines and working under pressure, whilst keeping a calm head

**3. Commercial accountability
- **All of Client Services are responsible for the financial management of their projects.

**Responsibilities include**:

- Being able to put together accurate cost estimates to be approved and signed-off by the Account Manager
- Ensuring that agency and third party resource is tracked against all cost estimates, and that any concerns regarding estimate vs. actual is flagged to the Account Manager in advance of it becoming an issue
- Ensure that agency financial procedures are adhered to such as managing and chasing for POs and forwarding on invoicing requests to the Account Manager
