**Salary: Up to £35,000 (depending on experience and qualifications)**

**The Role**:

- Handling VAT returns
- Managing self-assessment income tax returns
- Preparation of annual accounts
- Utilizing specific software, including Xero

**About You**:

- 3-5 years of experience in a practice-based role
- Proficiency in preparing annual accounts and VAT returns
- Excellent communication skills
