We are looking to recruit an experienced sales valuer, who is a highly self motivated, confident, property professional to join our successful and growing family business.

This is an excellent opportunity to grow an already successful sales department, with the rewards to match.

A self starter with entrepreneurial skills would be desirable.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Generating new business leads
- Carrying out valuations
- Ensure compliance with all relevant legislation
- Compliance checks on properties and clients
- Registering clients and matching requirements
- Social media marketing
- Arranging and attending viewings
- Building and maintaining relationships with prospective clients
- Successfully negotiating offers
- Liaising with solicitors, surveyors, and other professional contacts
- Creating property details with all relevant information including taking property photographs
- Staying up to date with the latest local property listings, market activity and industry news
- Meeting and greeting customers in our busy office
- Writing a monthly article for the Nova News

- Full driving licence and vehicle with business use insurance

- Accurately measuring properties and producing floor plans

- Proficient with various computer software and analytic tools
- Dynamic communicator with outstanding written, verbal, and interpersonal skills, combined with a passion for property
- Ability to multi-task in a busy environment

**Key Details**:

- Salary £27,000 + commission
- Office based - Newport/Shifnal, Shropshire
- Working hours - Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm, one Saturday per month 9am - 1pm
- Mileage paid - 45p/mile
- Pension scheme

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From £30,000.00 per year
