Our client based in Hassocks are looking for a Customer Service Executive to join their team due to company expansion.
**Description**
**The Responsibilities for a Customer Service Executive are**:
- Calling existing clients to gain feedback on their recent service, updating client record and scheduling follow up calls for account manager
- Passing on sales leads from in-house sources
- Gaining new client leads from database / trade magazines / trade websites
- Requesting information packs and promotional gifts for all clients.
- Assisting sales team with booking of services/ requesting client information.
**Profile**
**The Successful Customer Service Executive will be**:
- Amazing customer service skills, building rapport with our clients and going the extra mile to help and support
- A background in providing the best customer experience via telephone and web-chat
- Fast and accurate administrative skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work as a team and multi-task
- Determination to succeed and support the business
**Job Offer**
- Salary up to £20,000
