We’re looking for down-to-earth go-getters, who are ready to make their mark on the automotive industry. Our Site Operations teams play a vital role across our business. Here you can build on your knowledge and find your specialty at one of our sites or on the road - the opportunities are endless.

Within this role you will track, prioritize and communicate the progression of vehicles through the refurbishment and preparation process. Additionally, you will co-ordinate daily workshop loading requirements with workshop management teams to ensure external and internal targets are met.

Your key responsibilities will be:

- Production of daily reports to track and progress KPI’s
- Obtain relevant information including estimated completion dates, booking dates, parts back-order ETA’s etc. for all vehicles
- Give clear prioritization instructions to yard and workshop teams to ensure SLA’s are met and productivity is optimised
- Respond promptly to internal and external customer enquiries relating to progression of vehicles
- Liaise daily site despatch teams to ensure vehicles are presented for collection to standard and on-time
