**Salary: £25,500 per annum + overtime**

**Hours: 4 days on, 4 days off 7:00am-7:00pm**

**Your key responsibilities will be**:

- Perform customer-facing vehicle delivery and collections for a multitude of reasons, including collection and return of vehicles under cinch warranty; delivery of customer orders outside of normal process; undertaking VIP deliveries.
- Coordinate team resource to balance and achieve multiple team objectives within the periods required.
- Interface with customers both verbally and using written communications as required.
- Keep internal stakeholders up to date on progress and objective completion.

**To be successful, you’ll bring some of the following experience with you**:

- You must be comfortable with driving automatic and manual cars from different brands
- Strong interpersonal skills that will help you within the role to work with our customers
