The Webinar Vet is a leading provider of digital educational in the field of veterinary medicine. Our mission is to empower veterinary teams to have extraordinary careers. **Responsibilities**:

- **Develop Sales Strategy**: Create and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve membership sales targets and objectives, focusing on online channels and our membership team.
- **Relationship Management**: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective members, providing exceptional customer service and support throughout the sales process.
- **Partnerships**: Source and develop brand new partnerships with companies and associations all over the world.
- **Team Leadership**: Lead and motivate a small team of sales professionals to effectively execute sales plans and achieve individual and team targets.
- **Performance Monitoring**: Generate reports to evaluate the effectiveness of sales strategies and identify areas for improvement in the digital subscription model.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with digital marketing and product development teams to align sales efforts with overall business objectives and ensure a seamless customer experience.

**Requirements**:

- Proven track record of success in digital subscription or membership sales, preferably in the online education or related industry, with a minimum of 5 years’ experience.
- A confident sales person with a track record in attracting new business and developing partnerships.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a sales team to achieve targets and exceed expectations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients and colleagues.
- Strategic thinker with a data-driven approach to decision-making and problem-solving.
- Proficiency in digital sales tools, CRM software, and digital analytics platforms.
- Passion for education and a genuine interest in supporting veterinary teams and animal welfare
