We’re looking for Senior Credit Controller to join our Operational Finance Team on a permanent, hybrid basis in Warwick.

As a Senior Credit Controller (or Order to Cash Analyst as you’ll be known internally) within a small but supportive team you will be responsible for managing the cash collection service and credit management on behalf of National Grid’s (NG) Electricity Regulated and Non-Regulated businesses.

As a passionate and motivated team player, you’ll be keen to achieve and ideally exceed the critical cash flow targets, all whilst providing robust and efficient cash collection services that comply with NG businesses Regulatory obligations, KPI’s and SLA’s. Demonstrating your efficiency, you will also process refunds and obtain the relevant approvals before submission, ensuring all supporting documentation is accurate and complete.

In this role you’ll also be responsible for various credit management activities, managing credit exposure, obtaining credit reports, monitoring physical securities, and reporting.

Reporting to the Head of Order to Cash, the role offers variety and an opportunity to showcase your collaborative working ability as you provide support and cover across the team, in relation to Order to Cash reporting, credit management and cash collection activities.

Full training will be given by the team.

**About you**:

- Experience in Collections Management within Non-Regulated and/or Regulated Businesses
- Considerable experience in credit control
- Experience in Credit Management
- Experience of partnering Offshore service providers
- Experience of Variable Direct Debit collection processes
- A member of or currently studying Chartered Institute of Credit Management (CICM) (desirable)
