**So What's the Role?**
- Reporting into the Operations Manager
- Understanding of the purchase to pay process
- Processing of invoices
- Processing of payments
- Mailbox management
- Investigating and resolving queries
- Knowledge of Excel is essential

**What do we want?**
This role requires a person to be an active communicator who works well as part of a team. You will need to be organised yet flexible in your working approach and be able to manage varying degrees of workload. You will need to have good keyboard skills withthe ability to process quickly but accurately. The biggest element here is the need to have a keenness to learn and develop and as well as being able to retain technical information.
