**PMO Lead Contract Opportunity (NatWest Group)**

Our client, a major UK retail bank, provides every day banking services to over 17 million retail customers. The banks expertise and services span across Business Services, Corporate banking, Wealth Management, Group Functions, Retail and Investment Banking.

**A quick summary of the project**:
As a PMO Lead you will be responsible for supporting the Third Party Risk Management (TPRM) Programme, specifically in leading PMO activity to support the Programme. The Programme, currently in design, will enhance our current TPRM arrangements. It will supplement some of the activities already in plan and identified, helping ensure consistency in the management of Outsourcing risks, including assurance, across bank-wide first Line of Defence with appropriate management and oversight to provide assurance of effectiveness and embedding.

**As a PMO Lead you will be responsible for**:

- Supporting development and maintenance of key Programme artefacts including the Programme plan
- Supporting in the identification and management of risks, issues and dependencies
- Managing, tracking and reporting Programme financials including forecasts
- Supporting Programme resource processes including tracking and forecasting
- Supporting the stand up and ongoing cadence of Programme governance and reporting
- Providing secretariat activities including meeting minutes, input papers, terms of reference and communications to stakeholders
- Establishing quality assurance activities for various project deliverables
- Supporting the Programme Lead as required

**Relevant Skills**:

- Experience of establishing and leading a PMO within a change programme
- Good communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex concepts clearly
- Ability to build, maintain and enhance relationships across a broad range of stakeholders, including senior stakeholders
- Collaborative and flexible approach
- Strong organisation skills and astute attention to detail

**This client will only accept workers operating via an Umbrella or PAYE engagement model.**
