**Position**:
We have opportunity for a HR Advisor to join our great HR team. We work in a hybrid way and have many locations across the South West and can be flexible. You would be joining a really passionate team who enjoy their roles. We wish our departing colleague every success but this brings with it an opportunity to find another amazing colleague to work alongside us.

We’re looking for a person confident in their ability to manage employee relations and change management. Has a coaching approach and enjoys the role and challenges that working in a HR department brings. You will need to have level 5 CIPD and most likely moving from an existing advisor role.

We can’t do it alone so we need a person willing to collaborate, draw on resources, be an effective communicator and ensure we are all working efficiently.
