**Maintenance Shift Engineer**

**Medway (drivers with own transport only due to location)**

**Salary - £30k - 44k DOE + Overtime**

**Full time Permanent - Day and night shift alternate weeks**

Days

Mon - Thurs: 6am - 3.30pm

Friday: 6am - 4pm

Nights (4 nights)

Mon - Thurs: 6pm - 6am

Our well established, heavy industrial client have a brand-new opportunity in Medway for a Maintenance Shift Manager to join them working alternate weeks days and nights, with plenty of well-paid overtime available

**Duties include**:

- Carrying out all planned and preventative maintenance, offering support with the implementation of engineering solutions and cost-effective repairs
- Working to all relevant targets
- Managing and maintaining engineering stores including stock assessment and inventory levels
- Supporting other teams on site
- Ensuring plant and facilities are maintained to high standards
- Recording and reporting all work
- Ensuring all work complies with SHE guidelines
- Any other duties required

**You will be / have**:

- Qualified to NVQ Level 3 minimum in an Electrical discipline
- Either 17 th or 18 th edition wiring regulations qualification
- Previous exposure to PLC systems - Siemens or Allen Bradley preferred
- Able to work effectively in a team
