Momentum Recruitment and Training are looking for an enthusiastic Administrator to join our team in Sheffield. You will report to the Head Administrator and help book the unemployed onto our training courses.

**Duties**:

- Maintain lines of communication with prospective learners from initial engagement to enrolment and then through to progression following completion of their course;
- Attendance at internal and external venues to facilitate learner recruitment and inductions;
- Administer the completion of all paperwork as required by funding partners and regulators;
- Ensure that evidence packs are fully completed and checked including the inputting of course information and uploading to tracking systems;
- Liaise with learners and internal staff to resolve queries and missing information;
- Maintain management information systems where changes to learning occur i.e. PICS;
- Collate attendance records and upload to systems;
- Work with Senior Administrator to ensure the timely uploading of paperwork to MI system;
- Maintain learner trackers to ensure compliance, documentation and number of learners on programme;
- Update paperwork during and at the end of the programme of study;
- Support the Training Contracts Manager with internal and external audit and compliance checks;
- Maintain a high standard of customer service through verbal and written communication;
- Manage main phone line for Training;
- Manage the Training inbox;
- Maintain social media posts, and organise the marketing of upcoming courses;
- General filing;
- Other general admin tasks as required.

**Salary**:
£21k - £22k per annum

Hours:
Monday - Thursday 8:30 am til 5pm

Friday - 8:30am til 4pm

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £19,000.00-£22,000.00 per year
