- Being a part of our sales team is a rewarding role. Responsibilities include _
- Develop inbound warm leads and web-chat enquires into successful, repeat business accounts across multiple utility sectors.
- Perform quality outbound calls to previous / existing customers.
- Execute account needs, strategies, and tactics to deliver revenue targets.
- Ongoing management of internal CRM systems following all internal processes.
- Present professional utility knowledge and advice to accomplish client needs (full training provided).
- Successfully study site plans to understand client requirements.
- Report all forecast and pipeline metrics effectively and accurately to your Team Manager.
- Demonstrate and deliver exceptional levels of customer service, exceeding both internal and external client needs.
