**About Our Client**:
They have been established for 15+ years and worked on some iconic projects. They deliver solar shading to the externals of buildings including residential apartments, commercial, industrial and more. This is a company that puts people first and has a very low staff turnover. Since starting, they have vastly expanded and now have projects in Europe and the USA.

**The Role**:
This is the perfect role for someone who wants to start a career in construction. You may also have already been in the construction environment and know that Estimating is the route you wish to follow. The key to this hire is the personality of the person but other factors such as longevity of work and progression, even if in other industries will be taken in to account. Exceptional knowledge of excel will be required along with working knowledge of other Microsoft programmes.

**The Applicant**:

- Strong working knowledge of Excel
- Be a methodical thinker

**It is desirable to have**:

- Some experience working as a Quantity Surveyor or Estimator.
