As a Customer Onboarding Specialist at UMA, you will play a pivotal role in guiding our customers through a seamless onboarding process. This role offers a unique opportunity to blend hands-on customer interaction with strategic leadership, driving the direction of our team while directly impacting our customers' success.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Work closely with customers to facilitate successful onboarding and training, serving as a product expert and trusted advisor.
- Lead and develop training sessions tailored to each customer's needs and goals.
- Collaborate with customers to identify best practices based on their unique configurations and objectives.
- Drive initiatives to streamline and enhance the onboarding process, continuously seeking opportunities for improvement.
- Conduct post-launch onboarding reviews with customers to ensure their workplace goals are being met and to address any concerns.
- Partner with sales and customer success teams to identify expansion opportunities and address renewal concerns.
- Stay informed about our product roadmap and upcoming releases to effectively communicate updates to customers.
- Package and relay customer feedback to the product team, advocating for enhancements and improvements.
- Maintain a customer feedback board, escalating common concerns during the onboarding process.

**Qualifications**
- Proven experience in a customer onboarding specialist or implementation role.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer-facing role or in a B2B SaaS environment.
- Excellent writing and communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and effectively.
- Highly organized and process-oriented approach to project leadership.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to evolving priorities.

**Salary**: £25,000.00-£32,000.00 per year
