**Key Responsibilities**

― Plan and deliver exciting lessons supporting learner progression, that relate to their needs and interests
― Promote safety, wellbeing and safeguarding (CPOMS)
― Record attendance and academic notes on Arbor MIS
― Track learner progression on the allocated Google Sheets
― Develop innovative opportunities for interdepartmental and intradepartmental project collaborations
― Use a range of assessment methods and provide outstanding and prompt feedback to inspire learners
― Complete learner one-to-one tutorials and individual learning plans on a bi-termly basis
― Facilitate the wide-range of enrichment trips and guest speaker events arranged across the year
― Work towards a stable learner retention and qualification achievement rate
― Undertake in-house training to remain up-to-date with awarding body expectations
― Support learners to prepare for their assessed end-of-year project

**Essential Criteria**

― Maths and English GCSE Grade 4/C or equivalent (Level 2)
― Extremely organised and able to manage your own workload effectively and flexibly
― Highly motivated and driven to succeed
― Outstanding teaching and communication skills and understanding of Ofsted framework
― Solution-focused and able to responding to data trends
― Assertive and confident in learning environment management
― Ambitious and committed to meeting targets, setting standards of behaviour and work ― Empathy towards the many challenges faced by young adults in a demographic with high free school meals rate and poverty levels
― Excellent communication skills
― Visual scripting/programming skills

**Desirable Criteria**

― Experience with Adobe Photoshop/After Effects/Premiere - modelling, concept art/textures
― Experience of working professionally in a relevant creative industry/as an entrepreneur ― Experience with Autodesk Maya/Blender - animating, skinning, rigging, texturing, 3D modelling
― Experience with Unity/Unreal Engine - animation-to-engine pipelines
― Drawing and art skills
― Teaching Qualification (training provided if not held)

Pay: £27,000.00-£33,000.00 per year
