We are currently seeking an experienced 2nd Line Support Engineer to join the team at a leading law firm in Bristol. You will be involved with providing exceptional customer service to their internal team while also liaising with other departments to ensurethat the best possible solutions are provided. This leading law firm were voted the Best Law Firm to Work for in 2023, which reflects their strong attitude towards investing in their people and providing a workplace where they can continue to grow and flourish.You will also take part in mentoring more junior members of the team as well as any ongoing projects that they will be working on. **What you will be doing...**
- Identify solutions and implement fixes adhering to ITIL standards.
- Escalate to, and work closely with support vendors and 3rd line teams to ensure escalated incidents and problems and resolved in a timely manner.
- Install, configure and manage user accounts and system access.
- Transfer knowledge to colleagues within the team.
- Participate in projects and other initiatives as required.

**What you need...**
- Experience using Active Directory for user and computer administration.
- Experience in Group Policy administration.
- Proven experience working within IT Service Delivery.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate technical information in a clear and concise manner.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and in a team environment.

**Would be a bonus if you had...**
- General network administration and troubleshooting experience, TCP/IP and WAN/LAN/Wi-Fi.
