Internal Recruitment Consultant

We are looking for a proactive Internal Recruitment Consultant to join our in-house Recruitment Team at Micheldever Tyre Services. This role will be supporting our Retail business, Protyre, for all their recruitment needs: Service Technicians, Tyre Fitters, MOT Tests and Managers.
- Be Social media savvy with experience of social media recruiting
- Be able to work well under pressure
- Have proven sourcing / screening experience, along with solid hands-on recruitment / resourcing experience from understanding the requirements through to offer
- Be experience in advertising on a variety of platforms such as job boards, LinkedIn and a variety of social media.
Ideally you will understand diversity & inclusion and have been involved in employer branding. This Hybrid role requires no sales, just a true passion to provide great people.
