We are looking for a proactive **Recruitment Consultant** to join our in-house Recruitment Team at Micheldever Tyre Services. This role will be supporting our Retail business, Protyre, for all their recruitment needs: Service Technicians, Tyre Fitters, MOT Tests and Managers.
- **Hybrid**: 1-2 days in the office, 2-3 days working from home

**About you**:

- Be Social media savvy with experience of social media recruiting
- Be able to work well under pressure
- Have proven sourcing / screening experience, along with solid hands-on recruitment experience from understanding the requirements through to offer
- Have the ability to write good copy and excellent experience in advertising on a variety of platforms such as job boards, LinkedIn and a variety of social media

Ideally you will understand diversity & inclusion and have been involved in employer branding. This Hybrid role requires no sales, just a true passion to provide great people.

To support this business, we have built a wholesale distribution network of 14 sites around the UK supplying over 6,000 retailers and our own retail chain Protyre which is consistently growing. This is achieved by skilled, focused and determined teams across 1 central distribution and 13 warehouse operations nationwide.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £26,000.00-£28,000.00 per year
