It's an exciting time to join our Procurement team as we are currently expanding to support the business for the next phase of our investment plan for AMP8.

As part of this expansion, we are looking for a Supplier Relationship Coordinator, who has experience working within a procurement team.

**What you'll do**:
The role is a new role which is focused on ensuring we attract current and new suppliers to the water industry and specifically to make our upcoming tenders and opportunities available to the wider supply chain.

You will:

- co-ordinate supply chain relationships and take part in supplier outreach
- maintain supplier lists and directories
- support the monitoring of supplier information
- designing communication methods for suppliers including website comms
- preparing documentation, newsletters and procurement content to be shared with suppliers
- updating supplier catalogues and approved product and service lists
- liaise with the wider procurement and commercial teams to develop supplier relationships and communication strategies
- participate and support procurement transformation and identify process improvements
- update our HubSpot communications.

**What you'll need**:

- Experience building effective working relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
- The ability to prioritise tasks appropriately.
- An understanding of procurement principles and proven experience working within a purchasing function.
- Good knowledge of data analysis and methods to communicate with external stakeholders.
- Experience using Microsoft Office tools, SharePoint, and CRM or similar.
- Knowledge of the end-to-end tendering process and buyer/supplier contact points.
- Knowledge of relevant procurement legislation and regulations.
- Experience in a similar role is preferred.
- A utilities or construction background is advantageous but not essential.
