Whytematter Staffing solution have an exciting opportunity to join our Clients Global Wholesale team. They are looking for a motivated, organised and passionate individual with excellent communication skills, to support this growing area of the business. The role will consist of administrative duties and responsibilities.

**Duties of the role will include but are not limited to**:

- Processing and completing all Global customer orders in a timely manner for Amazon, Export, Trade Export and UK/Ireland Customers.
- Preparing and completing export documentation.
- Arranging shipping of global orders.
- Requesting payment from customers.
- Assisting with show/event organisation.
- Supporting team with PowerPoint presentation.
- Building and preparing price lists.
- Gathering data as requested by customers, such as product information, images, descriptions etc.
- Managing the Amazon Vendor account.
- Building a portfolio of global assets.
- Running reports as requested.
- Assisting the Customer Care team with cases, calls and chats as and when required.
- Ad-hoc duties as required.

**Essential Criteria**
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a business administration or sales support role
- IT Skills (use of Office 365/Teams)
- Proven track record of meeting deadlines
- Full clean driving licence

**Desirable Criteria**
- Additional language fluency would be a benefit.
- Understanding of the pet/grooming industry.
- Salesforce experience

Salary - £20-23k
