My client is looking for a passionate Credit Controller who is looking for an exciting challenge. This business is a leading business in the Transport sector in the UK and they are looking to keep growing.

You will be joining a small and Exciting team who are all currently hitting their targets. This role also offers Hybrid working after training as well finishing at 13:00 EVERY FRIDAY

The main responsibilities for this role:

- Build strong working relationships with all nominated customers to effectively manage and control debtors within agreed policies and procedures.
- Ensure that customer payments are received to terms and accounts are maintained within authorised credit limits.
- Achieve cash collection and debtors' targets and complete daily allocation of customer receipts.
- Ensure all monthly statements and reports are run and distributed without delay.
- Process all customer credit notes.
- Effective credit evaluation and control for our Aftermarket business. Timely collection of outstanding debts, control of credit limits and timely resolution of queries.
- Authorisation of customer/supplier set up and amendments in line with departmental controls, ensuring internal procedures are regularly reviewed to ensure prevention of fraud.
- Processing of company expenses (MEOL - including related payments).
- Control and administration of monthly Contra accounts between sales and purchase ledger.
