**What You Will Do as A Flight Allocator**

**Main Responsibilities**
- Using the computerised systems available you will constantly monitor the movement of customer aircraft and consider the requirements of every customer against the operational needs or limitations and assign the appropriate resource with the necessary skills and equipment to achieve the task within the required timeframe and to specification
- Maintain & practice high level of customer service at all times when conversing with GAL, airlines & passengers etc.
- Appropriate phone manner when liaising with GAL, airlines and other 3rd party companies.

- Ensure that all customers are dealt with politely and efficiently received and assisted with the highest level of customer service in line with EC 1107/2006 and CAP 1411 regulations.
